By using this booking platform and submitting a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the business. The business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellation policies (including any fees) are set by the individual business and will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Credits
Credits are issued and managed by the individual business. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as determined by the business. The platform is not responsible for the issuance, management, or redemption of credits.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate personal information when making a booking. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as a booking tool only. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by the business, cancellations, disputes between you and the business, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
